I was very happy with the personal attention the CIO Views team gave to me during this process, as well as the adjustments made to the copy based on my input. I would have liked to have had an interview to backup my initial written response, which I think would have made my subsequent edits easier, as my “story” is robust.
Both my husband and I thought that the initial writing style was too “AI” sounding, and could have been more story-telling instead of formulaic. However, the final product was quite improved! I did catch some bits of repetition that could have been edited, but probably I am more sensitive to that than the general reader.
Overall, the experience was good, and the patience with me (due to other things going on in my life) was appreciated.
