Veronica Bahn: Helping Women Leaders Move from Invisible to Unstoppable

Top 10 Empowering Women Leaders to Follow in 2025

Veronica Bahn is shifting the game of how women entrepreneurs show up, helping them emerge from the invisible zone and become unstoppable. As Founder and Creative Director of Transform My Social Media, LLC, she empowers her clients – through strategic social media, personal branding, and mindset coaching – to be so visible that they cannot be ignored.

Her friends, clients, and network see Veronica as a “ray of sunshine” – the guiding light that illuminates them and empowers them to manifest their dreams. “Impact” is what she seeks to achieve in everything she does. Veronica defines success, too, in terms of the impact one has on the world, not on the basis of bank balance. Veronica wants to help create a world where women glow and feel illuminated and seen.

“I don’t just light the spark—I fan the flames, breathing life into a woman’s highest vision of herself so she can step boldly into her next level of greatness.” she says.

Making of a Successful Entrepreneur

Veronica’s professional journey began almost 38 years ago. Raised by parents who instilled in her the importance of strength, independence, and building a career that allowed her to stand on her own, she was encouraged to forge her own path. After falling in love and marrying at 21, she and her husband built their dreams together. While deeply fulfilling, the journey came with challenges—there were few role models who showed how to successfully balance both career and motherhood. Navigating that space became one of Veronica’s greatest personal and professional lessons, shaping the way she now helps other women create lives where ambition and fulfillment coexist.

When she was first stepping into the corporate world, there weren’t many successful women in her orbit that she could look up to or be mentored by. There weren’t women entrepreneurs she could call up to discuss her ideas and goals. Early on, she realized that if she was her own boss, nobody could cap her worth or manage her schedule. “I get to control and design my life, day, work, values, and ethics,” she says. “I get to pay me what I’m worth.”

Veronica wanted to be in a position where she did not have to embrace somebody else’s idea of who she was, what she was worth, and what she needed to do for them in order to help them be successful. She aspired to be the one who helped others be successful – “be the wind beneath their wings.”

A major turning point in Veronica’s career came in 2008 when she and her husband, after 17 years of successfully running a large sales territory, found themselves unexpectedly unemployed. “We lost a double income overnight,” she recalls. “I never wanted to put all my eggs in one basket again—or have someone else decide my future with a pink slip.”

Determined to create her own opportunities, Veronica leaned into entrepreneurship. She built a thriving career in network marketing, earning multiple incentive trips and teaching thousands how to take control of their financial futures. Along the way, she became a sought-after speaker, sharing her journey on stages and live calls to inspire others to take action.

In 2019, her powerful ability to manifest aligned with a pivotal moment—she officially named her business Side Hustle Expert (SHE), a name that not only fit her mission but also carried an empowering acronym. That same year, she became a published author in the internationally bestselling collaborative book The Lemonade Stand.

But something bigger was calling. What started as coaching women entrepreneurs on maximizing their online presence quickly turned into something more. “By the third or fourth week of teaching a marketing boot camp, women and companies were coming up to me saying, ‘Can you just do this for me?’” she recalls.

In 2020, during an in-person mastermind with her business coach, the next level of her brand was revealed. “You’re already transforming how people show up—why not own it?” her coach suggested. When she saw that Transform My Social Media was available, she knew it was meant to be. She answered the call, built an agency, and hasn’t looked back since.

Founding and Pivoting Transform My Social Media

Although Veronica’s journey began long before social media became the powerhouse it is today, she has always understood the power of influence. It is because of her 38 years in sales, leadership, and business development. When Veronica noted that many incredible entrepreneurs and leaders struggle to be seen despite their brilliance, she saw an opportunity to take the lead and help them gain visibility.

“That realization led me to create Transform My Social Media, LLC – a business built on the principle that visibility is the new currency,” Veronica says. She believes that visibility is power and not noise.

“My mission is simple: to help women step fully into their expertise, amplify their presence, and build influence in a way that aligns with their values,” Veronica says. She wants to see more elite women glowing, as well as become more visible, confident, and unmissable.

According to Veronica, Transform My Social Media is now pivoting. “It is leaning into deep, soul-aligned 1:1 work over the agency grind,” she says. She believes that transformation happens in connection, “in those aha moments” where visibility meets purpose. For her, this vision is bigger than her. A Million Dreams, a $1M vision by 2030, fuels it, she says, through the grit of her team, the fire of the stage – Elevate 2025! – and the leaps her clients make when they step fully into their power.

“This isn’t just business. It’s a heart-led movement,” she adds. “The hustle is real. The impact? Even bigger. And I’m just getting started.”

Stories of Success

Veronica has enabled numerous women to become more visible, confident, and successful. “A year in, one client blossomed – her energy, confidence, and business transformed,” she says. At a conference, a friend of the client said to Veronica, “You’ve completely lit her up. She now owns her voice, landing speaking gigs, and attracting dream clients. She finally sees her worth.” This client is still signed up with Transform My Social Media. Veronica points out that she continues to grow through their 1:1 coaching and agency support. The client often shows her gratitude by saying, “What would I do without you?”

Veronica enabled another client of hers to achieve her ambitious goals. “She didn’t just grow her business, she soared, earning two all-expense-paid incentive trips,” she says. “This is why I do what I do.”

Recently, a client called her to share that somebody again said to her that the work she was doing with Veronica showed across all her platforms. Not only that, it showed in her confidence and who she was. “Also, her business is growing so much that she just got a review from Google that said her visits to her site and her analytics have gone up 420%,” Veronica says.

Veronica now works with high-level thinkers and six-figure-plus CEOs who are successful but still feel there is something missing. They don’t know what that missing part is. They seek Veronica’s help to get to the next level of greatness. “They want to be inspired in a way they haven’t in a while,” she says. “They want to find love and passion in their business again.”

Veronica enables them to get back into the space where they are once again feeling that love and light in their business.

Great Achievements and Awards

In 2022, Veronica won the “Business Matchmaker of the Year” award from the International eWomenNetwork. Her peers chose her for this award, which is why it ranks high on her list of great achievements. This award, according to Veronica, recognizes her core mission of connecting women to their glow and their leap, which is her ultimate purpose. This has transformed thousands of lives and helped them shine.

Veronica is also proud of being an embracer. She embraces every step that moves her forward, including appreciation, excitement, challenges, the good and the bad days, and failures. Even if her day has not been great, she always shows up with a positive attitude for others.

“If somebody needs something or a business wants me to show up for their grand opening, their webinar, or be present for them in a room, my greatest achievement is that I always show up,” Veronica says. “I’m always there to serve and support others.”

A Creative Director’s Responsibilities, Routine, and Engagements

Veronica is a night owl. She prefers to work in the middle of the night, not early morning. The night is when her creative juices flow best, according to her. She sometimes works from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., which means she does not wake up before 7 a.m. the next day. “But I wake up with a happy heart,” she says. She also wakes up with a sense of gratitude for the roof over her head and the husband next to her. She is also grateful for her children, grand baby, and clients. After waking up, Veronica spends almost an hour with herself. During this personal me-time, she may exercise, walk, do yoga, breath work, or practice mindfulness. She also likes to spend time with her husband. “Spending time with my husband is super important for me in the morning.”

The routine that Veronica usually follows is: an hour of meditation, writing in her journal, and reading a book. “I always have one book that I’m reading and one book I’m writing in,” she says. And Veronica loves to start her day with fun cards, such as Super Attractor, Divine Abundance, or Louise Hay cards. They allow her to zero in on her intention for the day.

Veronica runs her agency from home, where she has set up her creation station. When she enters it, she rings the chimes and turns on the light. “I wake the office up by talking to my plants and sitting down and looking through the day,” she says.

As Creative Director and Founder, Veronica is responsible for strategic client coaching. She helps entrepreneurs craft their visibility roadmap. She is involved in content development and social strategy – aligning brands with their message. She also attends team meetings, which offers her insight into group thinking and updates on client deliverables. Veronica focuses on networking and speaking engagements as well. She intends to empower women through leadership events. Community engagement is another focus area of hers. According to her, she engages with the community through eWomenNetwork or her daily check-in messages.

Additionally, Veronica takes some time out from her demanding schedule for learning and personal growth because, she believes, “leaders never stop evolving.”

Once Veronica’s mentor, Sandra Yancey, said to her, “Do three things daily that move the needle forward and make money” She now follows this philosophy. She tries to determine the three things she needs to get done for the day before going to bed and then strives to accomplish them. “I don’t lay my head on my pillow until this one is complete,” she says.

Veronica does not like to take breaks when she is working. A cube timer, which goes off every 90 minutes, or the timer set on her phone, reminds her to get off her desk and focus on herself for some time, drink water, or have her protein. Veronica believes that by adhering to a routine at her workspace, she shows up better for her clients, her team, and herself.

Now that Veronica and her husband are empty nesters, they spend their after-work hours playing golf, pickleball, walking and having dinner together; then, they may watch a movie or just sit an be present with each other and off their devices. Veronica shares that they usually end up talking about their day, their wins and their challenges. I know how fortunate I am to have a partner of 39 years that I can enjoy this abundant life with.

And, every week, Veronica attends a mastermind call – going on five years this group consists of two other women. For her, this group think session is not a “girlfriend network.” Although it transformed into that. The three women check on each other and hold each other accountable to the clarity in our visions. “We celebrate our wins,” Veronica shares. “We talk about what we’re masterminding — manifesting and write it all down. It is very powerful!”

Veronica is a new grandmother. Spending time with her grand baby is currently a non-negotiable aspect of her routine. For the past 16 months, she has taken five to seven days off every month to spend time with her granddaughter. “Either I fly to where she is, or she comes with her parents to be with us,” Veronica shares. “I’ve created my business in a way that allows me to do that.”

Message to Aspiring Leaders

Gimmicks and trends are ephemeral — they fade quickly from feeds and conversations. So, Veronica advises aspiring leaders to keep it real and stay true to themselves. “Own your story,” she says. “Your greatest asset is being true to your values and what you stand for.”

“The world doesn’t need another copy-paste influencer — it needs you,” she adds “Master your craft, build relationships, and, most importantly, ‘Be so visible you can’t be ignored™’.”
